The current issue of Metro features my piece on Australian bushranger movies  The Proposition and Mad Dog Morgan. Two great 'period thrillers' (otherwise cursed with the inappropriate non-generic term Australian westerns) which paint a bloody portrait of 19th century colonial Australia.
